We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. At Zeropolitan, we want you to feel confident with every conscious choice you make. That’s why we offer easy returns on most items.

Return policy

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Personal care items (such as toothbrushes, deodorants, and dental floss) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible — no stress.

As each personalised product is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please double-check spellings, sizes or design requests before confirming your order.

We take great care with every customised item — but if something’s not right, please reach out. We’re here to help. 💚

How to return

  1. Send us an email at hello@zeropolitan.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label via email.

  3. Drop your parcel at the nearest Australia Post office within 7 days of receiving the label.

Note: Return labels are prepaid — but only active once scanned at Australia Post, so you won’t be charged if unused.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
